Will my health insurance cover nutrition services?

Tamra currently accepts Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Sheild (Anthem), Connecticare, and Magnacare.  Based on reason for appointment and plan insurance may cover 100% of your visit.

What forms of payment does Eat Right Plan PLLC take?

If insurance does not cover appointment Tamra accepts all forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, HSA or FSA accounts.

What is a Dietitian?

A dietitian is an expert in nutrition and dietetics.  Dietitians have to go through rigorous training and most have a Master's Degree in nutrition.  Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals to be regulated by law and governed by a code of ethics.

What happens at a nutrition consultation?

Tamra will go over health history, look at medical documents and discuss goals.  Based on need Tamra will prescribe a meal plan or work on modifications to current diet.  Appointments and plans are all individualized.
