Apple chips

Looking for healthy things to do with extra apples? Try apple chips. This recipe has no added sugar! Make sure the slices are very thin otherwise they taste more like dried apples.


Ingredients ๐ŸŽ4 granny smith apples cored, sliced thin ๐ŸŽ2 teaspoons cinnamon


Instructions ๐ŸŽPreheat the oven to 200ยบF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Using an apple corer, core the apples. ๐ŸŽSlice the apples into thin slices. Lay on the baking sheet. ๐ŸŽSprinkle with cinnamon. ๐ŸŽPlace in the oven, and bake for 2 hours or until apples are dry and crisp. About half way through flip the apples over and sprinkle with more cinnamon
