Apple chips
Looking for healthy things to do with extra apples? Try apple chips. This recipe has no added sugar! Make sure the slices are very thin otherwise they taste more like dried apples.
Ingredients ๐4 granny smith apples cored, sliced thin ๐2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions ๐Preheat the oven to 200ยบF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Using an apple corer, core the apples. ๐Slice the apples into thin slices. Lay on the baking sheet. ๐Sprinkle with cinnamon. ๐Place in the oven, and bake for 2 hours or until apples are dry and crisp. About half way through flip the apples over and sprinkle with more cinnamon
