Breakfast Before School
Now that school started (or will start) don’t underestimate the power of breakfast. Kids who skip breakfast have more difficulty concentrating (which is already difficult if your child is remote learning)!

🍳 High fiber, low sugar cereal, with milk, and fresh fruit.
🍳 Oatmeal with cinnamon, almonds, and fruit.
🍳 Smoothie with yogurt and fruit.
🍳 Whole grain pancakes or waffles topped with fresh fruit.
🍳 Banana with peanut butter.
🍳 Whole grain English muffin with cheese and tomato.
🍳 Yogurt with low sugar granola.
🍳 Cottage cheese and fresh fruit.
