Crunchy Salty Snack

Looking for something crunchy and salty but want to be healthy about it? Skip the potato chips and go for some kale chips. They taste better than you would think!

Simply coat kale (remove stems) lightly with olive oil and salt and bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
